Dialogue refers to a constructive, equal, and perspective-opening discussion. Through dialogue, we can increase understanding, strengthen participation, and develop communication and work practices of various groups and communities. Dialogue can also be used in foresight, preparation, and decision-making.
I provide customized dialogue and Timeout training and facilitate a wide range of encounters, discussions, and events using dialogical methods.
