DIALOGUE AND FACILITATION
Through dialogue, we can increase understanding, strengthen participation, and develop communication and work practices of various groups and communities. Dialogue can also be used in foresight, preparation, and decision-making.
I professionally facilitate a wide range of encounters, discussions, and events using dialogic methods. I have extensive experience facilitating different kinds of gatherings, from small-group dialogues to development days with over one hundred participants. I also have solid experience facilitating difficult conversations and navigating tense situations ranging from political contexts to workplaces in crisis.
I provide training in dialogue skills and dialogue facilitation. You can find more information here: Training.
I also support organizations in collecting, synthesizing, and utilizing dialogic experiential knowledge to develop their activities and practices. In broader societal issues, we have applied dialogic experiential knowledge in National Dialogues. In larger projects, I work in close collaboration with DialogueAcademy (Aretai Oy).
You can explore my publications on dialogue topics in the Library.
“We got the chance to pause and face ourselves and each other.”
“I listened and I was heard.”
“We’ll continue practicing dialogue together!”
